This was a Palladium Heroes Unlimited character that I played using the Heroes/Riftss system. She's a mutant and I managed to roll some pretty weird physical features for her... diamond-strength purple hair, pink eyes and blue skin.... Her main power is the creation of crystal-based jewels - she can fire them out of her hands as a projectile - and the ability to cover herself in Mega Damage-level crystal armor. Her secondary ability is phasing, like Shadowcat from X-Men. This is her demonstrating her powers to the leaders of the superhero coallition as it were.
